The clinic keeps working when the internet doesn’t.
Theia runs on the PC itself. The front desk, the doctors and the phones on the clinic’s Wi-Fi reach it over the clinic’s own network.

Theia for Windows.
Install Theia on the clinic’s PC. It opens in the browser, keeps the records on that PC and works without internet.

Using DentaFlow? Install over it. Patients, settings, backups and logins stay where they are.
Run the setup
Open Setup-Theia-1.8.13.exe and press Install. It installs for the Windows user who runs it.
Theia opens in your browser
At http://localhost:4620. The Start menu and the desktop get a Theia icon.
Sign in
Look around the demo clinic (demo@dentaflow.app, password demo1234) or press Create your clinic.
Set up the clinic
Add the doctors, the rooms and the price list in Settings, and choose where the daily backup goes.

What the PC version adds
X-rays
Sensors plug in here.
X-ray capture from RVG, NanoPix, Woodpecker, Vatech, Sirona and other TWAIN sensors works on the PC that the sensor is plugged into.
Backups
A backup every day, where you choose.
A USB stick, OneDrive, Google Drive or any folder. If the drive is unplugged, the backup still runs and Theia says which drive to plug back in.
